Message From the
Co-Founder and CEO

Malybu White

At Thriving Values Support Network, LLP, our mission is deeply personal to me. My Co-Founder and I started this company because we have always been passionate about community, service, advocacy, and helping people live with dignity, purpose, and meaningful connection. My journey began with a strong foundation in public service, legal advocacy, military values, early childhood education, and faith-based leadership. From my time studying Paralegal Studies in college, and serving in the Army National Guard as a Legal Specialist, to my work supporting children, families, and individuals with disabilities, one belief has remained constant: people thrive when they are seen, heard, valued, and supported as individuals.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving in many roles that helped shape the vision for Thriving Values. I owned and operated a licensed home daycare on Edwards Air Force Base, where I was honored twice as Provider of the Year. After relocating to Indiana, I continued my work in early childhood education, earned my Child Development Associate, served as Assistant Director of a KinderCare Learning Center, and helped lead the center through NAEYC Accreditation and Level 4 recognition in Indiana’s Child Care Quality Rating and Improvement System, known as Paths to Quality. I later earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management, became an Indiana Notary Public, and continued building experience in human resources, case management, court navigation, policy development, staffing, compliance, and organizational leadership.

My work with a well-known Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services provider in Indiana for six years became one of the most meaningful chapters of my professional life. I began as a Program Coordinator supporting individuals in waiver homes across Indianapolis and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Program Director and Area Director over Indianapolis and Brownsburg. In those roles, I supervised multiple CIH homes, supported adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities to include autism, led large teams, coordinated with families, guardians, nurses, and behavior specialists, managed budgets and staffing, responded to crises, and helped create safe, meaningful, person-centered living experiences. That work changed me. It showed me that quality care is not created by systems alone, but through relationships, consistency, advocacy, training, accountability, and a genuine commitment to knowing each person as an individual.

Thriving Values Support Network, LLP was born from that purpose. We were created to be person-centered in more than name—we were created to be personal in practice. Our approach is to ask better questions, listen closely, and build support around each person’s interests, goals, culture, abilities, preferences, and vision for a meaningful life. This company reflects my faith, military values, leadership experience, love for community, and belief that every person deserves individualized support throughout their lifetime. We are also striving for continued excellence by already being in the midst of CQL Accreditation. Thank you for trusting us, believing in our mission, and allowing Thriving Values Support Network, LLP to serve with compassion, excellence, accountability, and heart.

Message From the
Co-Founder and CFO

Treddia Crouch

At Thriving Values Support Network, LLP, my work begins with one simple belief: every person deserves to live a meaningful life filled with dignity, respect, and opportunity. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, I am honored to help lead an organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, through care that is compassionate, person-centered, and rooted in real community connection.

My professional journey has given me the opportunity to walk alongside people from many different backgrounds, including individuals facing behavioral, emotional, social, and systemic challenges. Through more than 20 years of experience in behavioral support, case management, rehabilitation services, individualized care planning, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance, I have learned that effective support begins with listening. It begins with understanding each person’s goals, respecting their choices, and working together with families, caregivers, and professionals to create a path forward. My anticipated graduation date for a Master of Science in Psychology is August 2026. I also hold a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

Thriving Values is personal to me because I have seen how often vulnerable individuals are overlooked, underserved, or misunderstood. I helped create this organization because I believe support should do more than meet basic needs. It should empower people, honor their voices, strengthen their confidence, and open doors to independence, inclusion, and meaningful community connection.

As CFO, I also believe responsible financial leadership is part of responsible care. Ethical decision-making, strong planning, compliance, and accountability help ensure that Thriving Values can serve individuals and families with stability, quality, and integrity for years to come. I am proud of the foundation we are building, and I look forward to continuing this work with dedication, purpose, and heart.
