GENERAL ORGANIZATION AND PHILOSOPHY
What is the Mission, Vision, and Motto at Thriving Values Support Network, LLP?
Our Mission: Thriving Values is committed to providing person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through trusted, compassionate, and individualized services so they can have a life of choice and opportunity.
Our Vision: At Thriving Values, our vision is to help every individual thrive as a whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. We envision a supportive community where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued, empowered, and connected to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to live with dignity, independence, purpose, and joy
Our Motto: No Two People are Alike—Neither is Our Care
How Does Thriving Values personalize care for each individual?
At Thriving Values, we don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and their support team to follow a Person-Centered Individual Service Plan (ISP). This is especially developed alongside a case manager to coordinate Medicaid waivers, residential supports, therapies, and employment goals all in an effort to meet the goals, preferences, and needs of the person with the disability.
What areas of Indiana does Thriving Values serve?
We have a broad presence across the state, with local offices and programs in the major hub of Indianapolis. Service areas that allow us to provide localized, accessible care to families throughout Indiana include: Marion, Hancock, Hamilton, Hendricks, Boone, Johnson, Shelby, Morgan, and Madison.

Supporting Veterans and Their Families
Military service has played a meaningful role in shaping our lives. Our Co-Founder and CEO, Malybu White, is a proud Army Veteran and the spouse of a Disabled Air Force Veteran. Our Co-Founder and CFO, Treddia Crouch, is married to an Army Veteran.
From the very beginning of Thriving Values Support Nerwork, our founders committed to giving back to organizations that make a positive difference in the lives of those who have served our nation. Each year, we select one of our preferred Veteran-focused nonprofit organizations to receive a charitable donation in support of their mission and impact.
We invite you to explore the six organizations highlighted below. Whether you are a Veteran, family member, caregiver, or friend, we hope these resources provide valuable support, encouragement, and assistance to those who have served and sacrificed for our county.
- GenesisJoyHouse.com Enrichment programs, counseling services and transitional housing for homeless female Veterans.
- Hoftusa.org Builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 veterans with conditions such as multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis, and/or severe traumatic brain injury.
- VetTix.org Provides Free tickets to sporting events, concerts, and family activities for Vets and their families which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, create positive memories, and encourage Vets to stay engaged with local communities and American life.
- FallenPatriots.org Scholarship program for kids, and support services for spouses who have lost their loved one in the line of duty.
- GiveAnHour.Org Works to match Veterans struggling with mental health and well-being with volunteer health professionals who can help them recover.
